What exactly do you do?
We design, staff, and operate sales systems end-to-end. That includes building the sales process, recruiting and managing sales talent, automating execution, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing results. We don’t consult — we take ownership.
How is this different from a traditional sales agency or consultant?
Most agencies advise or generate leads. We run the sales operation. That means daily execution, performance management, automation, and accountability — not recommendations or slide decks.
Do you replace our internal sales team?
Not always. In some cases, we replace it. In others, we rebuild and run it. The goal is the same: a functioning sales system that performs consistently without founder dependency.
How long does it take to see results?
Initial improvements typically happen within the first 20-30 days as systems, automation, and execution are installed. Meaningful scale follows once performance data and optimization are in place.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with growth-focused blue-collar companies that already have demand but struggle with execution — typically service businesses, home services, B2B, and owner-led companies ready to scale sales properly.
Do you provide the sales reps, or do we?
We handle recruiting, vetting, and staffing as part of our Direct Partnership. If you already have reps, we can integrate, retrain, and manage them within the system.
How are you compensated?
Compensation depends on the engagement model. Some clients start with a one-time diagnostic, others use a recruiting retainer, and our Direct Partnership operates on a monthly engagement with optional performance incentives.
What if this doesn’t work?
If you don’t see measurable improvements in sales execution after implementation, we keep working with you at no additional cost until you do, plus refund the set-up fee. We don’t take on engagements we’re not confident we can fix—and so far, this guarantee has never been needed.
Do we lose visibility or control over sales?
No. You gain more. You’ll have real-time dashboards, clear reporting, and full transparency into pipeline, performance, and forecasts — without managing the day-to-day.
